Why Flushing is Best

Many cities and towns have ordinances that prohibit the discarding of pet waste  time in a plastic bag. For the environment, flushing makes the most sense. Waste water treatment facilities at the end of the sewer line process and eliminate parasites, bacteria, and nitrogen. Problem solved. 

In solution the bags are fully biodegradable. Readily metabolized by a wide variety of  microorganisms.
